Your new login is the same email you've used signing in to your account. However, you'd need to set/reset your password. You should have gotten an email with instructions on how to do so. Will my submitted homework be available on the new platform?
Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to export your homework to the new platform. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. You are welcome to ask as many questions as you wish in your new account. Our tutor will get back to you within 24 hours.
